Doug Parker started BluePoint more than six years ago with a simple idea. The person who quotes your job should be the person who shows up to do it. That is still how the company runs today.
Most of our work sits within a twenty minute drive. Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Castaic, Acton. We know the housing stock, the water, and which streets still have the original pipe in the ground.

We are based in Santa Clarita, not across the county.
Doug runs the work himself rather than handing it off.

If something is not right, we come back and fix it.
Filtration, softeners, and reverse osmosis alongside repair work.
Gas, electric, and high efficiency tank heaters sized to your household, installed to code and permitted.
Water Heaters detailsOn demand hot water, wall mounted, with the gas and venting work a proper conversion needs.
Tankless Heaters detailsCamera inspection, trenchless repair, spot repairs, and full line replacement for cracked, root filled, or collapsed sewer laterals.
Sewer Repair detailsSalt-free softeners, whole house filters, and reverse osmosis, chosen after testing your actual water.
Water Filtration detailsWhole house and partial repipes in copper or PEX, replacing galvanized and failing copper supply lines.
Repiping detailsWe ask what you are seeing and how long it has been happening. Often we can tell you on the phone whether to shut the water off.
Emergencies get moved to the front. Planned work is booked into a window, and we tell you if that window changes.
We find the actual fault rather than the obvious one. For sewer work that means a camera. For leaks it means tracing the water back.
You see what the work costs and what your options are before anything comes apart, so the decision is yours to make.
We complete the job, run the system, and confirm the fault is gone rather than assuming it while packing up.
Where a job needs a permit, we file it and meet the inspector, so nothing is left hanging over the property.
Serving Santa Clarita. Call and talk it through with us.
We are based on the eastern side of the valley, and most of what we do sits within a short drive. Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, and Acton are all regular ground.
We also work down into the northern San Fernando Valley, in North Hills and Porter Ranch. That is a longer run and the permits go through a different office, both of which we account for when quoting.
A gas line to a built-in grill, fire pit or patio heater is sized for the load, run underground, pressure tested and inspected. What the job involves in a Santa Clarita back yard, what drives the price, and how to plan it.
Read this guideA slab leak can be fixed at the spot or bypassed by rerouting the line through the walls or attic. How to confirm you have one, what each repair involves, and how to choose for a Santa Clarita home.
Read this guideSewage coming up through a tub or floor drain usually means the main sewer line is blocked, not the fixture. What to do in the first ten minutes, how to tell your line from the public main, and what clearing it involves.
Read this guideYes. BluePoint holds California contractor licence number 1140216. You can look any contractor licence up free on the state licensing board website, which shows the status, the classification, and whether there is a bond on file. We would encourage you to check ours.
We give you a price for the work before we start, so you are never committed to anything by having us look. Where a diagnosis takes real time, such as a camera inspection or tracing a hidden leak, we tell you that cost first.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 5 PM, and emergencies move to the front of the schedule. How fast we arrive depends on where you are and what is already running. What we will not do is give you a time on the phone that we cannot keep.
Both. Residential work makes up most of what we do, and small commercial premises around the valley make up the rest. Restaurants, offices, salons, and retail units. Commercial jobs are usually scheduled around trading hours rather than during them.
We pull them. Water heater replacement, repiping, and sewer work all require a permit and an inspection, and the issuing office depends on your area. We file the paperwork and meet the inspector so the job closes out properly on the property record.
The Santa Clarita Valley is our core area, covering Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Castaic, Saugus, Canyon Country, and Acton. We also work in North Hills and Porter Ranch in the northern San Fernando Valley. If you are close to those, it is worth asking.
